The minimum for screen print orders starts at 12 garments per design and increases based on the number of ink colors in the design.

The minimum for embroidery orders is 1 items.

TWO WAYS TO START

You've received your quote and you're ready to order. There are two ways to start:

  • If you already know how many items you will need, as well as the sizes, styles and colors, we require payment in full to begin work.

  • If you don't know how many items you will need, or if you'd like to see your artwork mocked up before you are ready to place your order.

ORDER TIME

Grateful Print Shop orders blank garments every day from warehouses all over the USA. We order your blanks as soon as you send us your sizes and initial payment. We do this to get your garments on the way and here in time.

PROOFS

Send us your art file in VECTOR/PDF format, or give us the details and we will do the creating. Either way, our graphic team mocks up your design and emails it to you. We never proceed with an order until it's approved. Approving an order means you are approving your artwork, as well as the garment style, color, size and placement.

RECEIVING

All orders are triple checked for accuracy. 1. Garments are pulled, weighed, and checked for accuracy at our distributor's warehouse before they're shipped to us. 2. They arrive on our dock and our certified Receiving team checks in all shipments to make sure they match exactly what was ordered. 3. Our QC team counts them again before they’re packed and boxed back up.

PRINTING/EMBROIDERY

Once artwork is approved for screen printing, we out-put film, make screens, setup and print. For embroidery, we load the file, thread the needles, hoop the garments, and go.

QUALITY CONTROL

We take quality control seriously at Grateful Print Shop, and our Quality Control Team brings an extreme attention to detail to the shop every day. The QC Team is the last to see your order before it gets packed. They check your order for quality and accuracy to ensure that when you open the box, it's exactly what you are expecting.

READY FOR PICKUP

As soon as our Quality Control Team gives the thumbs up for pick up, we send you an email/text notification to let you know your order is ready. If you can't make it here or have arranged for shipping, we ship via UPS or FedEx. We can also courier the same day if you're in the El Dorado County area. Shipping is also included with your order.
